No, for regular members, it's 1 free from the map, and up to 5 additional per day from friends and Webkinz Newz. The Webkinz Newz candy cane counts towards that 5. Deluxe members get 1 more because they get 2 from the map. Max 6 per day for regular members, 7 for Deluxe.

So we can only receive up to 8 per day? 2 for being deluxe, 1 from webkinz news and 5 from friends? I don’t think I’m getting even that recorded! I had 4 to go yesterday and got 6 from friends plus 2 for deluxe and it still shows I need 1 :( I’e noticed it not counting right for many other days too :(

I looked through my dock again and the prizes were there now. My candy cane collection basket is frozen though. It won’t show the new candy canes I got. Well, at least I have the prizes now.

Wow, that’s really weird. Did you try logging out and back in? I’ve found that sometimes helps. If they haven’t appeared in your dock, you might try contacting customer support.

Try hiding your dock. You should be able to ask friends then.

I can’t ask friends for candy canes. I get the daily candy canes but it won’t let me ask friends. I can send candy canes but just can’t ask. Very sad! This is the first time I won’t get all the prizes.
