Here’s how to play: Look for the Flower Collection icon on your Kinzville Map and click on it to see your collection:
Everyday, you’ll get 1 free Flower, just for clicking on the Collection icon (Deluxe Members will get 2 free Flowers a day).
Once you have received your free Flower, you can get 5 more throughout the day by asking your friends (by clicking the ASK FRIENDS button) or by finding and clicking on the floating Flower on WebkinzNewz.com (make sure you collect your free one first before trying to find one on Webkinz Newz).
Need more friends to help you complete your collection? Click the ASK FRIENDS button, then click the NEED MORE FRIENDS? button to see other players looking for friends and add them to your Friends List.

Quick question: Does anyone know if we can “unfriend” people who haven’t played in years?? I have some friends who haven’t played from before the family score points update came out and I’d like to remove them in order to have room for more current players. Help anyone??????????
Yes. Open your KinzChat phone. Turn it on. Click on the username you want to remove, then click the sadface minus sign button.

My daughter’s island and the large pantry both disappeared from her room and they somehow wound up in her Kinzville MAP dock. Fortunately, she has earned another island but wishes she could access her pantry. Has anyone else had this issue? She has contacted Webkinz and is still waiting on a response and resolution.
If she’s contacted webkinzsupport@ganz.com, they should be able to return her items to her regular dock
Thanks for the reply, Sally! She did send an email to that address on the 12th (along with a screenshot of her map dock and username) and she has not heard anything in response.
Customer service is experiencing a much higher than normal volume of emails — they will get back to you as soon as they can :)
Ive had a similer problem with some items (right now i have event couch stuck there)
Me too! IluvAlaska (also me) had a party couch end up there after a party she through.
So that is where my beds went. I had two beds disappear when I went to two different parties. I just checked my map dock and they are both in there. I about came unglued as they some of my favorite beds and looked so pretty in the rooms they were in. I sent an email so I will get them back where they belong in time. Whew!
I can not ask friends no matter what I do. Is any one else having this problem?
If you are using Edge, try Chrome or Firefox. If you’re using Chrome/Firefox, try hiding your Dock
If you are using a building kit like crystal falls, you need to do the flowers first, I did the SAME THING!!!!!
For a long time I thought I had to give my friends one of my flowers if they asked. I didn’t realize just clicking SEND gives them a new one.
Yeah, but instead it’s just like a building project!
