I’m so sorry you’re having these problems. I don’t know if this will help, but, are you collecting the Webkinz Newz floating flower before collecting your two flowers from the map collection icon? If you are, I’ve found that really messes up the collection process. Try collecting the map feature first, then ask from your friends list, then collect the Webkinz Newz floaty flower the last. Are you able to collect anything at all? I’m doing the collection several times and will gift you some things if you aren’t able to get them. I wish you the best. :-)
