i brought it up here because when i did use your link to contact ganzworldsupport , it always came up that my email [AOL] WAS NOT WORKING [But my email is ok and running fine] i even told it to correct what ever it was…that did not work…several times. But as of this login, a few minutes ago, it is corrected i have my 422,224 points back . THANK YOU TO WHOMEVER FIXED THIS ! <3

Also when I log in via the WK pop up screen, my userid shows a silhouette not the avatar and the points are in the thousands. If I sign in via WKN my user I’d shows my avatar and the hundreds of thousands of points . Hope this helps the tech folks fix this!

I am logged in under MY screenname wich is “sweetmeggiepoo” but previously you kept coming up as “megan 1682 [ the points next to my name. “as you can see my screenname has bee corrected but still today the points are like est 2000. that is NOT MINE. I have collected points well OVER 300 thousand! CVan you PLEASE check into this and correct it . I noticed this problem shortly aftyer update. prevbiously i was logging in under sweetmeggiepoo but coming up megan wich is not me. PLEASE CHECK INTO THIS AND CORRECT IT. THIS IS SECOND TIME FOR THIS REQUEST.

Tried something different today – I did not log into WKN at the top today. Clicked on the Monthly Meal and received a log in screen to my WebKinz account. (BTW my usernames for both are the same on all my accounts). Noticed that my points instead of the hundreds of thousands were just in the thousands. Did the Peek-a-newz. logged out but did not log into my next account. I then clicked on the monthly meal, and got the Webkinz News log in and repeated the process for each account. When I logged into the game each of the accounts had received the items. Sooooo from a user standpoint it appears that I have 2 WKN accounts – the old one (that I used to sign into from the login at the top of the screen and which seamlessly awarded the points into my WK account) and a new one that only appears after I sign into my WK account from a “pop up” sign in screen. And it appears that if I sign into the WKN account I can do all the events again but that the prizes are awarded to who knows which account.
