I have a suggestion. Now that you have two games to participate in, and not all players playing both Classic and Next, it can get confusing to know which Newz post is for which game. Why not put a colored border around each News post? You could have a blue line around each post with information about Webkinz Classic, and a green line around each post with information about Webkinz Next. It can be frustrating to see a post and read it, only to discover it is for Next when you are a Classic player, and vice versa! If a post is about both games, have a double border of a blue and green lines. This will make it clear to readers what game, information, contest, feature, etc. is for the game(s) they play! It will be easier to keep track of what is being offered for each platform, and assures all players will be able to find all the information they need, and not accidentally miss something.

It is still a great idea, though. I know a lot of the original players have come back to Webkinz because of social media.

That’s true, for sure. I’m not super big on social media, but as far as re-engaging Webkinz’ original older audience, I think it’s fine.

Yeah, I agree with you about younger kids, Taffy. To engage the original fanbase or to help remind them of childhood it’s fine, but to encourage young children to use social media….I’m actually writing an argumentative research paper about how giving young kids smartphones is a bad idea. :T

Aww man! Why couldn’t this be finding the sloths on the Webkinz Newz page instead of on social medias? A lot of people don’t do social medias.
