oh thanks again sally! i was specific as to where cabinet was located, but not sure of names of items i had stored, but luckily have some recall of what they were as i loved all the things (of course, right ;) i had placed here. have reached out on a couple of posts asking for help remembering all the shoes. thanks for all you do! best, k.

I believe that items can be seen on your account, but not necessarily items specifically in a dresser. The most likely thing to happen is that it moved to the dock or another dresser, so if they know what items they’re looking for, they can find them. “Shoes that were in this cabinet” is not specific enough, especially if those shoes are no longer in that cabinet.

hi beckinz8, so glad you got yours back–i had hoped for same & even re-booted my computer, but days later is still not “back.” CS did reply to me, but they need to know exactly what shoes were in my cabinet so they can be replaced. i have posted elsewhere requesting help from my w-friends here as to some past special shoes–e.g. i had two pair of high-tops there which were not the floral ones. sure hoping as a community we can reconstruct this… but above all, it is unsettling that things can vanish & CS cannot still see them on our accounts. more than the $$ spent, is our investment of time! best to you, k.

Oh, thank you for posting your question! I feel the tiniest bit better. I had a Country Cottage Kitchen Counter disappear today while remodeling a room. Even though I didn’t use diamonds to get it because I received it as a prize, I still didn’t want it to go poof. Thankfully, when I logged back in, it was back in my room, just in a weird place.

There’s a little icon next the pet icon that you need to click when you’re at home to get out of the vehicle. If you click it in Kinzville, it will just hide the vehicle.
