Yes it has been, they just never officially revealed it until now on their websites. They have been doing this with all of the recipes even it the community has already solved them. They are basically indexing them.

Hi @ACEPet9527. You are correct: “but today we’re officially revealing the recipe for Knotty Numnums, which was previously solved by the resourceful Webkinz fanbase!” I would prefer hints for the unsolved ones, so recipe sleuths can all set off on a quest together.
