Hello, I have a problem. when I logged into one of my accounts today, I had hopes of completing this challenge; I only had one more wishes game to go, but when I logged in I found to my bitter disappointment that it had vanished. Can anybody help me? I really wanted those prizes.

Cute idea! The agility class is my favorite one because we can see our pets in action from another angle. This trophy is adorable & so is the frog prince.

The collectables in Kinzville will re-spawn each time you enter — so if you go home and then go back to Kinzville, a bunch more will appear

Thanks so much Alphaowlbear! As a newbie, I really appreciate the feedback and suggestion for emailing support. I did a little more digging and did see that there are people who have mentioned waiting for things for a long time, so I figure this will be a good lesson in patience while waiting in the queue… I think that the challenge issue I ran into in the new Webkinz though is going to bug me so much I am just going to start a new account so I don’t have to look at the poor sick doggie laying in the park waiting for me to bring him the medicine that I can’t make because I only seem to have 9 of the 10 flowers that popped up for me to collect. I feel a little guilty every time I go trick-or-treating as he’s laying there sick. lol

My sure-to-get-a-smile tip of the day: if you have a WW frog, use it (or another hopping WW pet) to complete the agility part of this challenge. (Lil Kinz bull frog used) The care that the animators took is awesome and couldn’t help but make me smile! Thanks Ganz design team – it’s sometimes the little things that mean so much!

Hi Sgirl16 – The same glitch also happens to me on all my accounts – it doesn’t matter what browser or app I use or deluxe or non-deluxe account. Despite the glitches, I was able to earn enough kinzcash to finish that part of the challenge. I am sure Ganz knows this game is broken – I have sent numerous messages about it over the years but it seems to be a problem they won’t or can’t fix. Regarding your 2000 point challenge requirement – you can try sending customer support an email that requests help passing that part of the challenge – I have done that with those old challenges and although it may take a little while, they will help you. You will not get a response back from customer support, but you will one day find that your challenge requirement has been fulfilled. Best Wishes!

I knew I was forgetting something when I submitted my comment, and that was that I HAVE ALSO tried this on the desktop application on both of my laptops, and I reinstalled it on both laptops also… AND currently I have a challenge for the Beautiful Game Wallpaper and Flooring that require a total of 2000 points in one game and the fact that it takes a life when it restarts I have tried probably 50 times and can’t get high enough within just one game with this glitch. I hope you can please help.

It took me a little bit to get the hang of this but I need to say now that I have I do want to keep playing, and besides the trophy challenge I had another challenge come up to get to 2000 points, but speaking as someone who has done lots of software testing, there really is a glitch in this game. I have tried to play this on 3 different devices…2 laptops that have the most current windows 10 updates made, and a Chromebook that I have made sure the browser is up to date, and I have deleted my cache files from ALL 3 browsers on my laptop, and on Mircrosoft Edge, Chrome, & Firefox, and in over 30 attempts on a couple different webkinz accounts, and not only does the game reset right before getting to the last jump to the ladder, but it causes you to lose a life. So you can’t even keep playing the level 1 over and over to at least get the points and KC higher. Like I said, I have tested software programs and databases, reports, as a developer and user, and there is seriously a problem with this game that is not a user or operator issue. I was glad to see that you lowered the the # of KC needed for the challenge, and it seems like the game is even more generous at giving the KC, so thank you. I hope even with the new Webkinz someone will fix this game because it is fun now that I have the hang of it, but if the development time is going to go into the new webkinz, I hope someone will look at other challenges that this game is a part of and make sure any of the points qualifiers are towards cumulative points, and not total points for a single game play, because that will be impossible if you can only play to the end of level 1 and you lose a life with each reset. Thanks much for taking time to read this and look into this issue.

I also agree. Thank you for changing the points. I’m not very good at this game but I was determined to complete the game and I did. Love the trophy. Thank you again Ganz.
