I have remembered my Webkinz password and username since 2007! I started playing Webkinz again in college as a stress reliever and was asked to make a new password. Now I am using the same username and password since 2021 and I cannot log into Webkinz–I’m getting an error that the password is incorrect and the emails I have to change the password are not associated with the account. I think the original email that was used to set up the account was probably mother’s, which does not exist anymore. I was really hoping to see if all my Webkinz were still accessible! Is there any way to resolve this?

Is this issue still being worked through? I’m having the same issues currently. I’ve tried everything from your suggestions to the suggestions of other users. Is there anything else I can do? The mobile version is very limited.
