THANK YOU! For fixing the issue with the floating balloons, they are working as they should. I was able to complete all of my accounts already and was awarded a prize every time I clicked on the floating balloons. ;}

I’m having this same issue, especially on Webkinz Mobile. I get the error, then the App shuts down. Sometime I will click on the balloons and nothing comes up on as a prize. I just have to wait can catch another set of balloons.

Floating balloons are still not working properly. When I was on my tablet, clicked on the floating balloon I received nothing it said the descriptor set is empty; cannot retrieve descriptor at position 0. This has been happening since the event began. The next floating balloon does award a prize when clicked on.
