I have collected all the candies but I am not able to click on the button to have my price :( Is there someone else who experiment the same thing?

GANZ HELP ME I’VE COLLECTED ALL THE CANDIES BUT IT WON’T LET ME PUSH THE BUTTON TO TRADE THEM IN! HELP I WORKED SO HARD TO COLLECT ALL THOSE CANDIES AND IT’S NOT FAIR THAT I CAN’T EVEN GET THE PRIZE! HELP ME PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!
