The leprechaun never said one word that entire time. Yet there's also been times where I jump to a room, and it appeared within a minute. Jumping to every clubhouse room before deciding on one to wait in rarely worked to find the leprechaun first. He has got to have shorter time intervals between appearances in any given room, seeing as he doesn't stay there for more than a minute.
