Only purchasing a Deluxe membership will extend your membership. Adopting a pet will extend your full membership for a year from the date of adoption. The amount of points you receive monthly depends on the type of membership you purchase.

If it’s been more than a year since their last adoption and they don’t have Deluxe, their accounts would revert to free status
