Thanks for dealing with the arcade issue. Though I do laugh at my pets shaking their head when asked to play a game. They’re not so subtly telling me they’ve had enough!

ever since the update, playing with the baby does NOT count towards filling my pet’s heart any longer. This is really frustrating, since playing with the baby was the ONLY method for my pet to up 25% (we discussed that problem before), and now it does not count at all. Is this a glitch or is it meant to be this way?

Sometimes if I have a pet request with a pet wanting to play at the arcade, time is running up before I find an Arcade unit that they actually want to play at.

There is currently a bug with the Arcade units, which should be fixed soon. In the meantime, keep trying different units until you find that one that works.

Just came here to report that I cannot complete the arcade tasks for the season. I cannot play games when my pets request them. Very frustrating.

Make sure your pet isn’t already using something that’s interactive first. If they’re sitting, tap on an empty space first. Then tap on a bed.

It isn’t only the arcade machines, it is everything I click on for my Pets to do including transferring babies to & from strollers, park rides, sitting in chairs, putting them to bed etc. The pet shakes its head no and doesn’t do what they’re supposed to like a willful child! I can’t perform many of the tasks for Seasons because of this. LadyBeauty

i find this theme surprisingly relaxing. although fall is my favorite season…fall decor has always belonged dollar stores & not in my home. thanks for doing this so well design team :) but i have issues: 1. i purchased the seashell tile on vacation & now it is STUCK in my room. i assumed–mistakenly–that is it was an outdoor tile and perfect for the backyard i made from the prior season items. doubly disappointed–hopefully tech can fix this. 2. we must TALK DEEP SEA FISHING, please. i have caught and lost 9 fish. i will not be purchasing any more vacations until i have been assured that catching a fish is more than illusive. i mean, no problem if the game were free & we could practice. but i’m done. thank you. best, k.

oh hi, yes–my only pet can “only” (lol) sit at certain play stations. i just have to keep trying until one is accepted. hope this helps. best. k.

The Arcade units are currently buggy and will be fixed, but if you keep trying them, you’ll find one your pet can use. Try logging out and back in if you don’t see your pets — it sounds like a loading issue.
