I feel bad for all of the players who are having trouble finding 5 dogs to win the prize so I’m going to share my frustration. Up until January I was having the same problem but I am now collecting the prize (most often after I start over, usually several times). In January I collected 24 gifts on 1 account. I ended up collecting multiples of things that I already had or items that were at the bottom of my wish list. In February I collected 25 boxes; 4 lamps, 5 pairs of sneakers,6 pink and blue hoodies and other multiples of items that I could live without. In the 25 boxes and several other boxes from another account, I did NOT get an amethyst hound window, any of the ebony furniture, the floral bean bag, love topiary or the sweetheart bed. There were 27 possible items and I only got 10 of them due to all of the multiples, which again were all items that I already had and/or were the ones that I wanted the least. How is that even close to fair to not receive even one of the top items? This is so disappointing!!! I started keeping track when I realized in November that I ended up with 7 brown elm trees and not 1 of the rare items. I understand that they are “rare” for a reason but if a player puts in the time and effort, especially now that we have to tolerate the oversized ads that push the page down, we should at least be fairly rewarded, or at least have better odds to receive some of the better prizes. Especially after reading about the trouble others are having at even collecting the prize boxes, I feel the way it is set up is completely unfair. I have not received any of the rare items at LEAST since November. As far as my fellow players who are having trouble finding the dog, I have found that if you don’t find the first dog by the 2nd or 3rd page change, continuing will be futile and you’ll have better luck by starting over. I hope this helps and I really hope that someone in Webkinz/Ganz is listening. Good Luck!!!

this event is glitched.. I don’t have any adblocker on and it doesn’t work on chrome or firefox. I can find a page and get 3 or 4 dogs and then the last one never shows up no matter what page i go to. so i have to reset it, do it all over, and hope it works but it usually won’t….

Close to a hour looking and over 2 pages worth of kinzapedia pages looked at and only 3 dogs found. :( I give up.

My Peek-A-Newz prize was not awarded when I logged into WW today. For that matter I don’t think I received any of the items that are usually won from Webkinz Newz. There was no announcement window. But I did the Treasure Hunt, answered the Poll and Quiz and clicked on the free meal. :( Hope this can be fixed.

I get logged in and click the enter buttons its the 2d one where it loads the enter. I get all 5 but the last I need to look and look almost giving up/ When I go from there to help a family member they just meed to click the 1st dog they see sometimes to get the reward. I help family grand kids love my help . DID YOU SEE THE NEW WEBKINZ NEWZ REWARDS !!! SOME are NOT SENDABLE !!! BE CAREFUL !
