I just wish I knew why they don’t get them from my main email..it’s the one tied to my webkinz account..and where I get emails from ganz..so weird! Anyway, again, thank you so much..! Hi sally, thank you for your help.. I forwarded the email there then forwarded it and my reply from the new account. I also included the 2 orders I wanted to make yesterday in detail asking them to please send the codes to both emails to insure that I get them and to take the points out of my estore account..I hope that was right way to do it??? I still don’t understand why I get emails from them yet they aren’t getting them from me…I’ve never had an Issue like this before. It’s very strange..I’ve use that email all the time with out problems. Anyway I did as you requested..if you can give them a heads up I’d appreciate it..and again THANK YOU!!!

Hi Ganz. I’m afraid I’ve forgotten the password to my Webkinz account. After the mandatory password change, I didn’t log back in for a while, and now I can’t remember what I changed my password to. Because I created my account about 15 years ago, I also am not sure what email is associated with it or if the email would still be valid at all, which means I’m unable to reset the password through the login screen option. A while ago, I also went through the customer support area and filled out the form to reset my password, but (correct me if I’m wrong) I don’t think I received a message in response, which I’m guessing is because of the same email problem. I’m currently able to access Webkinz to a limited extent through the app on my iPad where I’m still logged in, but I want to make sure I can continue playing on my desktop, too. I’ve been playing this game since I was little, and the thought of not being able to continue because of my password trouble is horrible! Please let me know where I can go and what I can do to get this issue resolved…
