I don’t know if I am having trouble or what but I have been going to Kinzvlle Park everyday on every hour and no ice cream man or mayor cowbelle is ever there. Ever!!! When do they show up? And for how long? I have not been able to get one gift yet. Very sad!! HELP!!!

Is anyone else having trouble getting her gift. I went to the park twice and spoke to her but all she does is show me some commercial (one of which is for Mazin Hamsters which they closed, ARGH) and that’s all. I don’t receive a prize or anything.

I visited Cowabelle this morning 9/21 and all I got was a video and then I was froxen in the park and had to leave. What’s up with that?
