In your Dock, click on Decorations, then go to Rugs. You will find them at the end of this category. They are Wrapping Paper Tiles. Good luck! I’m sure you will find them there.

In your dock, it will be under Decorations. Click on Rugs and it will be towards the end Wrapping Paper Tile.
