First, turn off any Ad Block that you have. Second, log in-go straight to the park-pick up the gift box. Third, log off, if you have multiple accounts, repeat the process for all of them. Fourth, when you are done, turn your Ad Block back on and then you are good to log back in without being bogged down. I hope this helps.
