I have missed this whole event because I don’t see Dr. Quack in the park. I’m on Chrome, and if I try Firefox I can’t even see my pet, either. I have tried everything and then some. It’d be nice to have alternatives to this type of event, since many say they can’t see the hosts in the park. I’m disappointed I couldn’t do this

Try logging out and back in again, and try clicking him in a few spots. If that doesn’t work, try a different browser. If that still doesn’t work, contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com

Sally, I’m having a problem talking to Doctor Quack. I can see him, but when I click on him, nothing happens!

Thank you Dr. Quack! I love the mug. I’m hitting the road today and won’t be able to visit you any more this week. Sad that I didn’t get the beautiful snow globe, so I’m hoping you come back to the park later in the year with that prize. Pretty please. : ) I look forward to seeing you at the park the next time you come out for a meet and greet. Thanks again!

It’s good that Webkinz don’t get sick anymore, but we still miss Dr. Quack–his clinic was a little more interactive with the good doctor, himself. His little comments always made me laugh.

Hi ~shopkinshero! You can meet Mayor Dr. Quack in the Kinzville Park a couple of different ways. You can open your things to do menu in the bottom right hand corner of the game window and click on the Kinzville Park icon (brown leaf in a circle), or you can select your Kinzville map (things-to-do: top row, 5th from the left) and when you get to your map, if you have the Kinzville Park, just click on that. (It looks like a cute little playground!) And remember that you can only find the mayor if your ad blocker is turned off. Good luck!
