I have purchased yearly Deluxe accounts for the past several years through Ganz eStore, not through any codes. So I will contact Ganz. Thank you for your help.

A Deluxe Ganz eStore account is required (i.e., one that has purchased Deluxe). It is possible to have a Deluxe WW account through receiving a code, so it does not necessarily mean that your eStore account is also Deluxe. Please contact ganzestorecs@ganz.com if you believe this to be an error

I am a Deluxe Member and want to purchase the purple Lil Wise Owl and the Lil Purple Goblin. But it says it can only be purchased by Deluxe Advantage Exclusive – Members Only. Why is it that I can’t purcahse them?
