They may not be able to get the same metareals which was used back then. As well as there are probably different designers working on the plush. I know they are trying to be as close to classic plush as they can. But if the metareals are not available they can't do anything about that. Some of the plush look really different from the original. Like the chihuahua which looks like it has a corgi face with lighter brown and some chihuahua. But the gecko plush looks really similar to the lemon lime gecko. This is just my opinion. But i am glad they are bringing back classic plush even if some look a little different then what they used to be. Thank you Webkinz for 20 years and counting.
