When is Webkinz going to listen to us. I have the same problem. They promised a trophy but don’t deliver when you win!! At least they should acknowledge that there is a problem and it will be corrected. Is everyone at Ganz on vacation?

I am SO frustrated! I played Jumbleberry Blast on my mobile device at home and connected to wifi. I won the game, beat all 30 levels, but I received no trophy. I logged into Webkinz on my home computer to see if the score updated or the trophy showed up in my dock. Not only was there no trophy, but my score of over 45,000 did not update as the high score of the day. So I played again, this time on my computer, because I REALLY want the trophy. I beat the game again, this time with a score of over 43,000 (I think). Again, no trophy and no updated highest score of the day. Please fix this! I’ve won twice since the trophy was announced, but I have not received it. :(

Just drop an email to webkinzsupport@ganz.com letting them know what the issue is. They are pretty quick getting things fixed for all of us. I also have a couple stuck again so I will also be sending off a quick note. I hope they can fix things as quickly this time as last time! Good luck Gramkins!

I’m having that same problem! I tried 1955tiny’s idea too, and it did not work. I didn’t email CS yet, but I will sometime soon around. I miss seeing you in WW resolution!
