Florida and New York have super strict rules for entering a contest (a contest directed mostly at and for kids' participation) and I know that (living in Canada) that I can enter some contests but when we lived in Quebec, the rules were super strict again. It's a government thing in the legislation of each state or province. Ikr? I know how you feel, it kinda bites but Ganz doesn't have a say in this... they're just following the government rules.
