Annm2990 I found this yesterday when I has the same question. I have now one the trophy so I’m pretty sure I figured it out. It seems after you click to clear a group, whenever gems fall in to replace them and form a perfect 4 gem square of same color, they turn into a large gem. It’s difficult to observe. We cant add pics on comments. It didn’t help a whole lot but on some of the last levels it’s a helpful strategy.

I am curious about how to form large gems on levels when you need them. I also want to know whether the color bombs are random or if you can create those as well. I think I am missing out on using those strategies.

Grand Grotto looks like an okay game, although I do much prefer that submarine adventure platformer game from Vacation Island.

Sally thanks for being so quick to respond. After reading some of the comments, I went back to the game and replayed level 50 and received the trophy. Now I’m thinking I may not have actually finished it the first time and just ran out of lives so it took me back to level one. Problem solved!!

Did you email webkinzsupport@ganz.com or did you use https://support.ganzworld.com/webkinz-cs/? And when did you contact them? If it was today, you may have to give them more time than that.

I just finished level 50 but did not win the trophy. I have checked my dock several times too. I play as lrssls but don’t know what to do. I contacted Customer Service but never heard from them. Help, Sally.

Yay! I got the trophy! It would help if the directions were a little more clear for not-so-tech-savy folks like me. I do like this game. Now if I can just finish my last two games on Goobers so I will have three stars on every level.

I played this game yesterday for hours, made it to level 50 but didn’t make it all the way through. How frustrating not to get the trophy.
