If I already have a deluxe membership, do I get the free pet and zipline when my membership is renewed, or do I have to cancel it and buy it again in order to receive the bonuses?

I absolutely love the panda that got with my deluxe membership. I decided to adopt it today. Since I’m a huge fan of Star Wars, I named my panda Leia, in honor of Carrie Fisher. I thought my green leaf room is the perfect room for Leia, & she loves it.

P.S. I was not given a code for the Panda Cub. The response stated: “if you haven’t received your free pet, the free pet will be in your order history when the new membership is applied”. This is why I am asking about which pet I will receive. ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫

I have a question. I renewed my Deluxe membership a few days ago even though it isn’t due until Feb 17. The reason I did this is because I want the Panda Cub rather than the Sheltie as my free pet. When I contacted Ganz they told me “the free pet” and the Zipline would transfer to my account on the day that my 2017 membership begins. Since that is in February, will I receive the dog instead of the panda, or since my purchase was made in January, will I receive the Panda Cub, (which I’ve already named!!) and was listed on my Ganz E Store receipt? Please let me know, this is for peace of mind!! Thank-you! ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫
