I get most of my webkinz at Hulls Bookstore, but as Hulls Bookstore is going out of business I don’t really know were you should get your webkinz.

The eStore is no help. They have you email customer support. The eStore lady said it was programed for plush only. We have adopted the virtual version of pets of the month before from the eStore and still got the gifts and could do the activities. What is going on with this one?

You are asking about the mobile app? If you have an iPhone or iPad you can go to the Apple app store to find it; for Android phones you find it on Google Play. You may have to use a search function to find it, then download and install it on your device.
