I have gotten the tennis sweater twice and it appears on the mobile but not in my dock on the website…why Ganz, why?!?

Yes, the watermelon is “sweet!” but not a totally new prize–good luck :) Ganz, please know that the mobile app is not working properly, as I have now landed on the Hot Crossed Buns two days this week and they have failed to appear in my Webkinz dock at all! I am a W-food collector, so yes, this is a big deal to me (which seems trivial in the scope of real life, but in W-world, well…you know what I mean ;) I have written to CS twice and have yet to receive even a reply, much less the item. (I was mistakenly referring to the buns as muffins, so thanks for showing us the prize names.) I also wish to get the tennis sweater as I have not seen it before, so I hope this issue is soon resolved! THANKS FOR READING AND HOPEFULLY HELPING!! :)
