You can earn 1 Medallion from floating, up to 10 from Arcade games, 1 from the Wheel of WOW. Other Medallions could be won through the mystery prizes on Today’s Activities, or when you redeem your points at the Mall in SPREE. Deluxe members get a random pack of 10 in their monthly gift box. That’s pretty much it at the moment, except when we run special events like for the Kiwi and the Snowy Retriever Puppy. The number of Medallions you can win in a day are not affected by the number of pets you have adopted.

I’m a deluxe member but I wasn’t able to get my led fireplace. I got an error not being able to get it because of some file. Is there a way I can still get one.

Please help! I’m not able to pick up my November Deluxe Day prize today because it says I am not a deluxe member! This is an error!!! I have been a Deluxe member since the day Deluxe Membership was created! I renewed my Deluxe Membership again this past August of 2019 so I should be Deluxe until August 2020. Even if you advise me that I need to contact the Estore to fix the issue, how do I get my prize I should rightfully have since I DO have a Deluxe membership and I just tried to claimed it on my account? It’s not right that I lose my Deluxe item. In fact, I’m missing out on a lot from my account today that I can’t click on to do or claim when I am a paying deluxe member. Please help and advise so I don’t lose my November Deluxe gift.
