you should contact webkinz support and explain what happened so that your account does not get suspended for suspected cheating. it also helps the webkinz team to work on fixing bugs like that so that other players don’t have the same problem. webkinz support email: webkinzsupport@ganz.com

I accidentally got a second bench when I was clicking through the activities in the evening to collect what I hadn’t yet. Apparently there was an arrow to collect bench even though I collected my prize in the AM. I don’t want to get in trouble for having 2 by mistake. :(
