Unfortunately, the login system change was required for security purposes. Creating a new GanzWorld account may help.

I have a question about the login system being changed – are they going to do anything about it? Are they going to figure out why it locked WW and GanzWorld accounts and fix it? Or, is this just the way it is from now on? I know it must be very frustrating for so many people. I have a friend that did not log on as you suggested, and it still did not go to her account.

Same issue here and no reply. It isn’t fair to lose out on so many boxes, floaty clickys, etc.

You may want to try completing the Peek-A-Newz challenge while not logged in — then it will prompt you for the Webkinz World username and password you want it to go to. The login system was changed earlier this year, which locked a lot of WW and GanzWorld accounts — your box may be going to a different account.
