You’re right – all my accounts got only light green candy these two days – and I agree that the illustration of the tree misrepresents the candy it dispenses.

That is an old challenge that’s been not been updated. You can Email Custome Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com. State your problem with that particular challenge and provide your username – but not the password. They should pass you on that part of the challenge. I have done this several times in the past and Ganz fixed it pretty quickly each time. You won’t get a return email but keep checking to see if your challenge progresses forward. Good Luck!

Can anyone help us please we’re currently trying to finish the quest where you get the mayor outfit and are stuck on part 4. It says “What a great trainer you are. Click the my profile icon in your options menu to check it out” We’ve looked and looked but can’t find anything about training in the options section. TIA
