I logged into Webkinz on October 13 for deluxe day, but never received my deluxe gift box for this month. How can I get it??

When placed in my room, this item disappeared! It would be nice to actually be able to see our new deluxe gift, right? Also, there is no new bed available from the superbed box, even though the ads have stated such. Additionally, many of the items not yet fixed are estore items I have paid for. Could you please relay to your tech team these concerns. Thanks.

Thank you for that clarification. I’ve been at the hospital visiting with my husband and missed that day logging on that day. I was confused when I logged on here today and saw it still advertised. That made me think it was on today.
