I'm 11, and my mom and dad won't let me get Facebook/twitter/anything "Social Netting" untill i'm an adult. (more likely than not. MABY when i'm 13.) And with the "you must have a WKN account to do this this and that. I can't even enter contests anymore, cuz i don't have a WKN account!!! PS- Webkinz is the c thing to "social netting" that I have that wasn't given to me as school requirements. I SO agree with you!!! There's something for everyone. The youngest users can make a cute room and dress their pet nicely. The older children and teens might look for rare items, experiment with food and clothing recipes, and get obsessed with getting the highest score of the day. The adults try to collect entire themes of rares (yes, most rare items have themes) and get their pets super-smart at the academy. It's true. This is a good idea. The older users will probably spike up the values of these at the end of the premotion. It'll be fun. Guys, nearly half the Webkinz users are adults. There’s something for everyone.
