Was there a time limit on this gift quest that I didn’t notice? I had received it, it’s been sitting in my dock, I finally had time and wanted to play the quest today but noticed the pack is no longer in my dock. So we checked every account in our household and anyone who hasn’t played it yet, no longer has the backpack for quest.

I didn’t receive a Beanstalk Climbing Tree but I did receive a different item. Did this happen to anyone else?

Hmmmm . . . after you logged in yesterday, do you remember getting a pop up announcement that the quest backpack had been added to your dock? Since it’s like a gift box, I found mine in the Special Items section of my dock, close to the front If it’s still not there, you could Email Ganz at webkinzsupport@ganz.com. Describe your problem – you can give them your username, but not your password – and they should be able to verify that you did log in that day and should have the backpack. Best Wishes

The quest backpack should be in the special things section of your dock – good luck! Did you log in to your account on the 15th?

You need to find Lunk in his party room and click on him – that will automatically set up the checkers game. You can find his party room by going back to the room with the light switches – the next room is where you found the key and the next is Lunk’s room
