You’re lucky you’re able to get into a party, let alone get a loot bag. I remember years ago, when they added that last group of new loot items, all the previous bags that were in your dock wouldn’t open. We had to email and ask them to open all the bags. We got some of each item, but not the same amount as the bags we had. But still, at least all new ones could be opened after that. Maybe give that a try?
