If they need to confirm something by reproducing it in on their end, they may need it. I usually suggest changing the password to something you don't normally use, then change it back afterwards.

They also insisted on it twice, even when I said I was uncomfortable with it and they will not resolve it unless if I provide it. I find this very strange.

I contacted Webkinz Support to help me resolve an issue, but for the first time, I was asked for my password? Is this normal? I don’t feel comfortable disclosing it and the last time I received help, they didn’t ask me for my password.
