Hey! This morning I purchased 3 months’ worth of deluxe membership for $14.99 on the Ganz estore website. I keep logging into my account, but it still says that I don’t have deluxe. The last time I purchased deluxe I received it right away. Is there a glitch in the system or a wait time for my deluxe membership? I checked the order history, and it shows that the transaction is complete. I also contacted webkinzsupport@ganz.com. Please let me know! Thank you!!

I was wondering if you could put together a video pointing out the parts/areas of the pinball machine? You spoke about trying to get gems, but I don’t understand how or where. I sometimes get prompted to hit a certain colour area, but I’m having trouble seeing them while playing. When one is shooting the ball into the game, you don’t have an angle to look in. When playing and watching the ball to not lose sight of it is the only time you could see the game. There is no real opportunity to look at the ‘field’. I didn’t see the mini upper flippers until recently when the ball didn’t come back down. LOL. I think I would be more interested in playing if I understood what I’m doing or what I am aiming for.
