I was not expecting to see dividers in Webkinz Classic! That makes me so exciteeddd; it can completely transform a room and I was just getting around to remodeling my house. I’m hoping there will be even more themed paints in the future to match even more wallpapers!

This is so cool! And it’s awesome they work with paint you can buy instead of having to collect it! Happy dance!

You will need to email webkinzsupport@ganz.com to resolve this issue. There is no global fix because the specific items on your account have the bad data and need to be reset. Once they are returned to your dock, you can play normally. There’s no risk in continuing to play on your account while you wait.

If you have the mini chocolate eggs from the WoW planted that’s what’s going on. If you email webkinzsupport@ganz.com and tell them what’s happening and include your account name they should be able to fix the problem. I’ve read a handful of comments saying that it might take multiple emails, so if you dont hear back from them/ the problem doesn’t get fixed, I suggest kindly emailing everyday until they respond/ the problem is fixed.

I have the seeds planted in one of my yard rooms and can still access the room where my main pet sleeps. Is it safe to just play normally and avoid that room and wait until the next time maintenance is performed, or should I email Customer Support?
