My credit card was charged $70.24 for a 1 year deluxe membership on Feb. 7 2023. I got the super deluxe item but my account still shows that I am not a deluxe member. I have tried to contact ganz estore by phone and I have sent 2 emails but no response. I am really upset, I have been buying deluxe memberships every year for about 15 years and never had a problem like this.

I am unable to watch this Podkinz. The entire space with the Picture & the play button are completely blank. My computer’s protection will not let me do a Google search for the code either. Could Ganz/Webkinz fix this glitch or would someone please post the free code? Thanks.
