I know this is not the appropriate place to ask for help, but i am disparate to get some help. Last week i logged into my eStore account just fine. I purchased the green velvet chipmunk successfully. Then I was logged out and have not been able to get in since, I keep getting the message “you have not been on eStore in quite some time. Please contact customer service to have your account reset.” I have emailed customer support at leaset 10 times. I don’t get any response or reset. Can someone please help me. I’ve been using my daughter’s account this week for some purchases, but I’m disappointed I haven’t received any support from Ganz. Can someone please help me? It’s been about a week now. Customer service still working? I’ve even left a couple o phone messages and gotten nothing. Thank you
