Update: I got the hat! For some reason the prizes changed for me one the wheel then went back to the Christmas ones the next day. I’m glad I was able to have another go and receive the elf hat afterall. <3

If you have an i phone you can use the app on your phone to go to the w-shop in Next and enter the CHRISTMAS23 code. The shoes will then show up on your Mac desktop account.

If you’re on iOS, Windows, or Android, you’ll see a Redeem Code at the top of the W Shop. This feature is not supported on Mac OS.

I’ve been having the same problem for weeks now. I can’t harvest or click on any dispenser without getting kicked off my account on mobile. I’ve been trying to work around it but it would be nice to go back to normal.

If you have an i phone you can log into next and go to the w-store and it has a place to claim codes. I do it all the time.

Thank you so much. I’ve enjoyed printing some for my friends and family who play Webkinz. My daughter even made some for her friends. I love that the card features the tea cup yorkie, who is my current favorite pet. Wish I was able to get the elf hat to complete the look on the card, but the awesome present box shoes will still look great! Thanks again Ganz I hope you’re all having a great holiday.

Question: Is everybody having problems with the mobile app? I can no longer click on any item such as growing or daily treats without it locking up. The item says it was given that day (once I am on the desktop) but it does not show and it locks up completely. I have removed the app from my phone several times and also restarted to try and clear the problem. Any ideas on what else to try or do we have to wait for some kind of update? This has been going on a long time and the only way for me to get to the game is on the desktop. BTW: I can still fill the pets hearts on the app. But not much fun when I have to constantly close and sign in again.
