I called as I usually get an answer quicker that way. But, this time was told I would have to write webkinzsupport @ganz.com. So I did, and was surprised and grateful to get an answer the same day. The short and to the point answer was that there are no guarantees on gifts. I could sign out and back in, and check every section of my dock, which I had already done, but nothing they could do. I did get a window the first day which I was very glad to get, nothing on the 2nd day which I am a bit upset about, and a chest on the 3rd day which I had one from a mystery box I had previously bought. All in all, not too bad. Appreciate the freebies always.

I received my wonderful gifts, first the chair then the bench and the lovely rocking bird. Sadly, I didn’t get the bed. I’ll have to figure out a different bed for my littly Rory to sleep on as I don’t have enough estore points to get this bed now. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get it one day as well as the other lovely quilted Christmas items. Thanks ganz for the great prizes. :)

That’s how it is supposed to work. Two pets on the same account don’t give two gifts on the same account. Any account with the featured pet can get the gift once.

I have multiples of several pets, but they are not on the same account. If I have the POM on different accts, it does get the activity or gift – one per acct.

The Quilted Robin free gift box from the activities page did not go to my dock. I clicked on it but nothing happened. I got one yesterday, the 13th. It was a window, thank you so much. What is the quickest and most sure way to get this reconciled. Naturally, I want that gift box very much!
