Yes, please give us our Deluxe boxes – and fix all the items that when rotated disappear and please fix the street tiles – they don’t rotate and are messed up.

That has happened to me too. The food I put into my snowman fridge and campkinz cooler are gone. I couple of my clothes have disappeared too. These issues are pretty annoying, but at least some progress has been made.

My pets do not stay in their beds and when you change their clothes the clothes are all over the place and yesterday while playing my pet just vanished.I have not got even one of my missing items back….so upset…cmsrockz

agree same problem plus many more played this game since 2007,but I am about to give it up.I am not buying any more webkinz or decorating more rooms I am not buying and finishing the new theme rooms till I get my items back and other things fixed afraid I will loose more items and room spaces cmsrockz

I have more items missing than I can count my rooms are a mess and in the spaces where my missing items were I can not place another item where it was,so i have wasted space in my rooms.I just want an answer to when I am going to get all my non replaceable items back…. cmsrockz

UM…it’s August 3rd now .. I am Deluxe and have not yet received my August Deluxe Box?? Oh and before all the changes I would be online on Webkinz like 2, 3 maybe 4 hours and more at a time but with all the changes I find it very costly to be online for any length of time. I am lucky that I have been gardening everyday and built up quite a collection of veggies hundreds of each and since the changes I have been going through food and kinzcash so fast that it’s not really worth being online for very long . . . I’m really not complaining just not online as much anymore. thanx for listening
