Help! My webkinz tab is frozen and the dock is invisible. i cant even close it! And whenever it has an error message thats supposed to reset it to the login screen, nothing happens :C !!!!!! Does anyone know how to stop this glitch? Also my pet is stuck too.

when I encounter glitches I make sure to email webkinz support about the issue right after. it’s helpful if you tell them right away and they’ll know you’re not trying to cheat.

no, it’s only cheating if you log into another player’s account without their permission. webkinz players are allowed to have multiple accounts.
