I was wondering about the Mac and cheese too so I googled a blintz recipe and there are cheeses in it. Ricotta and cream cheese. So I guess Mac and cheese is possible :)

I get the pancakes and blueberries, we are talking blintzes, here. But, then you go and throw the Mac & Cheese in there. Not sure if it’s the Box it comes in that is represented on the mint square in the midst of the mangled blintz. Maybe a Cream Puff would have been a better choice, or a chunk of fudge, or a brownie. But Mac & Cheese? Maybe it’s dinner and dessert all in one LOL
