I love the Room Design Awards, but I hate having to pick the finalists. I’ve received hundreds of beautiful designs since the last Room Design Awards and they are all creative in their own way.
There are 20 finalists this time around and 10 of them will be awarded a Room Design Trophy.
Here’s how the winners will be chosen:
- 5 winners will be decided by a vote right here on Webkinz Newz. From Friday, November 29th – Sunday December 1st (ending @ midnight, EST), players can vote for their top 3 favorite designs and the 5 designers who receive the most votes will be awarded a Room Design Trophy.
- 4 winners will be chosen by the Webkinz Newz Team. Sally, Mandy, Steve and I will each choose our favorite room design and the designers will be awarded a Room Design Trophy
- The 10th winner will be chosen by the Webkinz staff, here at Webkinz headquarters
Please take a look at each room design carefully. On Friday, November 29th, you’ll be asked to pick your top 3 favorites:
Congratulations to all 20 finalists… you have each made Webkinz History for being part of the Webkinz Room Design Awards! If you become one of the Room Design Award winners, you will be sent an email from the Webkinz social media team that will explain how to get your trophy… Good luck!
Remember, you can start voting on Friday, November 29th and we will be posting the results on Monday, December 2nd.

Way to go finalists. All of these rooms are great and deserving of a trophy. There are few I somehow missed, like Rocky Point. What a beautiful room! Tracking the Yeti too, what a hoot. I love it. I like how the tables are set up in the Ice Cream Shop, and it looks just like many ocean front stores. Also, I like how Narnianheart was able to create little recesses of water around the island, and how the tree resembles a mangrove. So realistic, nice job. Dog Park is another favorite.
