thank you, good to know it is not only me. Classic and the Newz are very slow, too. It took me over 10 minutets to log on to Next. Is it the Fantastic Snowman plus Great Cook off causing the lag? I have no problems with other websites, just the ones connected to Webkinz.

I am still having the same issues today. No single snowflake, the screen freezes, I have to close the app and open again, everything is soooo slow. It works better on the tablet, but I prefer the desktop, so I am unhappy.

Try when the day ends and a new one begins, often you will see the white glow, the sign that is a rare item available.

I have all the rare items except one piece. I waste money buying rares now since most of them are expensive. For players who play only once a day this challenge is very unfair. I generally find the rares because I can check every three hours. Having to buy a minimum dollar amount from the curio shop would be better for everyone. Just my two cents worth. (-:
