		<description>I&#039;ve been blessed for the first week and most of the second week of this season by being able to load the log-in screen for Next, logging-in and playing. Since I had to update the Next App, I am once again unable to get the Next log-in screen to load so I am unable to log-in and therefore play. No one that I&#039;ve spoken to regarding this issue is able to puzzle out any reason why this happens, sometimes for days, sometimes for weeks and, (yikes!) sometimes even for months. Then all of a sudden, one random day where I am not doing anything at all different, the log-in screen will load exactly like it&#039;s supposed to and I&#039;m able to log-in and play as if nothing at all was ever wrong. I really love all of the prizes this season and have already purchased my full monthly pass. Now all I can do is keep trying, crossing my fingers and wishing away the gremlins in my computer hoping to be able to log back in before the season is over so I can collect enough points to win all of this months prizes or at the very least buy enough points with diamonds to get all of the prizes. Please wish me luck and patience as I&#039;m going to need a lot of both. lol</description>
