Once again I’ve been locked out of Next for almost the entire season. I played for about the first 10 days of the season with no issues. Then, BAM! Update and I’ve not been able to load the log-in screen since then. The only way I could get the prizes was to call my son in a different state, have him log-in to my account and “purchase” the season’s prizes using my diamonds. That is too expensive. I’m going to sit out at least the upcoming season in Next as it isn’t any fun anymore. Just really frustrating and expensive.

I have the same impression, especially because I asked when the glitch will be fixes so many times and I never got a reply. I just wonder why though, especially as “playing with the baby” was only recently mentioned as one way to get family score points (and as the only way to fill the petÄs heart by 25%). So why would they take it away on purpose? So that we have to wait even longer to make all our pets happy? I really wonder why this feature (heart meter) exists at all, when it takes so long and is so difficult, and when it prevents some people (including myself) from having more pets and mroe babies, because it will take ages waiting for their requests (and during that time, we can’t even play games because they don’t ask during a game).

When will the bug concerning playing with the baby (so that it counts towards filling my pet’s heart) be fixed? And how often do I have to mention it before I get a reply? Or maybe it has been taken away on purpose? (And by the way, in the last couple of days, some requests didn’t count either, e.g. changing the pet’s shirt or playing a game. The request was gone after I did what the pet wanted, but the pet wasn’t happy.)
